I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Certified Sex Therapist. I have been helping individuals and couples create stronger, deeper, more passionate relationships and marriages for over a decade.

In my journey of helping my clients, it quickly became apparent to me that there was more demand for my relationship advice and my guidance than my private practice could provide. It also became evident to me that everyone could benefit from therapy but not everyone has to go to therapy. Plus, not everyone is ready to do into therapy. Everyone, however, could benefit from having more effective and constructive relationship and intimacy skills to have a more meaningful and joyful life and connection with their loved ones.

So, in an effort to reach and help more couples obtain better relationships, I drew upon my training as a clinical therapist and a certified sex therapist, plus skills that have improved my clients’ and my own marriage, and created a 12-week, 90-day coaching program to help more people improve their emotional and sexual relationships. So they could have a passionate, connected, intimate relationship that requires certain sets of skills. And most of us, including me, did not learn those skills growing up. We were often given unhelpful, toxic, disempowering messages about ourselves and our sexuality, which will directly impact the quality and the nature of our relationships with our partners.

Relationships are difficult but they don’t have to be as difficult as many of us have experienced. With the right skills, right principles, and the right guidance, your relationship can be much easier to navigate and reignite.
